Paulina Lubian, formed CKSO Properties in 2019 after working with a network of realtors and Property Owners on a part time basis.  These early years provided a wealth of experience that has helped to earn the success that we see today in our relationships with both tenants and owners. Paulina's enthusiasm and positive energy has fuelled the growth of the business in the past 5 years, while proving to be a huge advantage in mediating or finding quick solutions when problems arise.  CKSO Properties has created a thorough and efficient process to ensure a quick turnaround in vacancies while you enjoy the smooth experience of working with a professional property manager.   

Paulina understands the importance of teamwork and has surrounded herself with a team who reflects her honesty, respect and an obligation to uphold the professional standards that CKSO Properties proudly represents.  Having a reliable team in place lets our Investor Clients know that there will always be somebody available for them and no detail will be overlooked.  We take pride in doing things right the first time.
